How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. The event is based on shingle on Brighton Beach but there is wheelchair access either side of the site, via the Brighton Wheel or the subway underneath the Volks Railway. Please advise us that you will need wheelchair access at the time of booking and upon arrival. We also offer a carers go free policy.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

Yes tickets can be purchased onsite from the Box Office. Please be aware this will be dependent on availability so booking in advance is suggested.

Where is the Fast Track desk?

There is a box office at the entrance of Brighton’s Big Screen, which will be well sign posted.

How long will I be in the activity / event last for?

Entry is for that film showing only. If you would like to stay to watch the next film please re-visit the box office to purchase a ticket.

What time should I arrive?

We advise you to arrive 5 minutes before the film is scheduled to start.  Please report to the Box Office with your ticket and we will direct you into the event. Once the showing starts there will be a 20min advert break at the beginning of each film and a 20min interval during the film to cater for refreshment and toilet breaks.

Is Car Parking available?

There is general pay and display car parking on Madeira Drive. This can be limited and busy at times. We advise checking with the Brighton & Hove Council Parking for further details: http://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/content/parking-and-travel/parking/madeira-drive-pay-and-display
